Hi, I’m Lindsey.

I support people and organizations as they move through change thoughtfully, intentionally, and in alignment with their true north.

My work lives at the intersection of inner awareness & outer action. I help create space for clarity, integrity, and meaningful growth through presence, and intentional choice.

A GROUNDED APPROACH TO CHANGE

Sustainable change begins with awareness. When we slow down enough to truly see our patterns, values, and motivations, we can respond in new ways.

The way we lead our organizations, families, and communities is inseparable from how we relate to ourselves. My work supports this integration, helping people align their actions and relationships with their deepest intentions.

This is not about becoming someone new; it’s about returning to what’s already your truth and flourishing.

EXPERIENCE SHAPED BY RESPONSIBILITY

Lindsey Kugel, life and leadership coach and consultant, speaking into a microphone at an indoor corporate event.

After decades of building, supporting growth and cultivating cultures in mission-driven organizations, I stepped away from executive leadership at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute in 2025 to open my own practice. This work reflects both the responsibility I’ve carried as a leader and my lifelong inquiry into what it means to lead, live, and serve with integrity.

Also a partner and parent, I understand our modern world’s complexities: the constant pull between responsibility, presence, ambition and authenticity.

My own life is shaped by family needs, desire to make an impact, spiritual seeking, and a deep respect for how much people are often holding at once.

THREE PATHWAYS

My work takes shape through three interconnected areas:

While the context may differ, the heart of the work remains the same: supporting alignment between who you are, how you live, and the impact you create.
